But it goes without saying that anyone carrying a knife in our communities poses a danger, not only to others but to themselves. Read more: Four charged with murder following Bathurst Street death On March 20, Jack Howes, 29, was stabbed to death in Grimsby and then on the evening of Friday, March 24, Kamil Milczarczyk was also stabbed to death in Prince Dock Street in Hull city centre. Just three days later Helen Harrison was found dead at a property in Market Weighton and, just five days after that, 45-year-old Lee Rhoades was killed at a block of flats in west Hull. Tragically, five murder investigations have been launched this month alone which began on March 2 with the death of Richard Gray in east Hull. March has proven a bleak month for East Yorkshire and a very busy one for Humberside Police. ![]()
